Bremond Overture Box. c1881

From the collection of the late H.A.V Bullied and Attributed to Bremond comes this excellent and well presented overture box, playing 6 bright, lively and well arranged overtures as listed on the later, silvered tune sheet.

Rosewood case, with Kingwood banding, displaying subtle inlaid brass and pewter cartouches to the lid and the front panel.

The cylinder measuring 13.1/4 inches (336mm) x 3.1/4 inches (83mm)

The comb having 125 teeth.

Overall dimensions of box 25.1/2 inches ( 640mm) x 11.5 inches ( 288mm)
