Langdorf Overture Box. c1843

From the collection of the late H.A.V Bullied and attributed to Langdorf, comes this excellent and well presented key wound overture box,  playing 4 bright, lively and well arranged overtures as listed on the original tune sheet.

Rosewood lid, with inlay typical of the period.

The cylinder measuring 11.1/2 inches (288mm) x 3.1/8 inches ( 78mm)

The comb having 164 teeth.

Overall dimensions of box 19 inches (480mm) x 8.1/2 inches (210mm)
